This project will deliver a massive, modern, and secure residential complex to accommodate the growing student population.The impact is that it will unlock the university's potential for growth, improve the quality of education by reducing accommodation stress, and create a new benchmark for student housing in West Africa.

A $400 million USD warehousing and logistics center for import/export. A modern, 400,000 sqm warehousing and logistics complex strategically located near the port of Tema. The hub will provide state-of-the-art storage, cold chain facilities, and customs-bonded areas to serve both import and export markets, reducing congestion and streamlining supply chains. It will have High-capacity storage, dedicated logistics corridors, digital inventory management systems. The impact: Reduce post-harvest losses, lower costs for businesses, improve Ghana's competitiveness in regional trade, and create a central node for commerce.
